Refund & Reschedule  Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing By.Keavin Tattoo & Piercing! To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all our clients and artists, we have implemented the following booking policies. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Deposits Are Required

• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time.

• The deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

• No deposit, no appointment. We will not hold timeslots without a confirmed deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS

2. Cancellation Policy

• 48 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we require at least 48 hours notice. With this notice, you will be eligible for a full refund of your deposit.

• Less than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your entire deposit. To rebook, a new deposit will be required.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• More than 24 Hours Notice: We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date one time, free of charge.

• Less than 24 Hours Notice: Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $20 rescheduling fee. This fee must be paid to secure your new appointment, and your original deposit will be transferred.

4. No-Call / No-Show Policy

• Failure to show up for your appointment without any prior communication will result in the automatic forfeiture of your deposit.

• You will be required to pay a new deposit in full to book any future appointments.

5. Pre-Appointment Guidelines & Rules

Your safety and the quality of our work are our top priorities. To ensure the best possible outcome, please adhere to the following guidelines before your appointment. These rules are mandatory.

• Do NOT consume alcohol within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

• Do NOT take blood-thinning medications (e.g., Aspirin, Ibuprofen, certain supplements) within 48 hours of your appointment, unless prescribed by a doctor. Please consult your physician before stopping any prescribed medication.

• Get a good night's sleep, stay hydrated, and eat a solid meal within a few hours of your appointment.

By booking and coming in for your appointment, you confirm that you have followed all pre-session guidelines. If our artist determines that you have broken any of these rules, your appointment will be cancelled immediately. You will forfeit your deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit to rebook.

6. Running Late

• Please contact us immediately if you are running late. Depending on the artist's schedule, a grace period of 10-15 minutes may be granted.

• Arriving excessively late may be treated as a cancellation, and we may need to reschedule your appointment (subject to the rescheduling fees outlined above).

We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policies. These guidelines allow us to provide the highest quality service to every client while respecting our artists' valuable time.
